Our Team

For Kelsi Robinson Couture, community and connection are at the heart of everything she does. A Texas native and Arlington resident, Kelsi has built her career in real estate around relationships, service and a genuine desire to help people.

As a Realtor and Chief of Staff for Zang Adams Real Estate, Kelsi brings energy, integrity and attention to detail to her work, but some of her most meaningful roles happen outside the office. She has served on the board of her children’s school PTA for the past four years and has served on the Arlington Police Foundation Board since 2023, where she currently serves on the Executive Board as Treasurer.

For the past four seasons, Kelsi has played with the MAC Gators Unified Tennis Team, competing alongside the team at the Texas State Games. The experience combines her love of sports with something she values deeply—building friendships, creating opportunities for inclusion and giving back to the community she calls home.

A proud Texas Tech graduate, Kelsi lives in Arlington with her husband, Kyle, and their children, Kolton and Karter. When she isn’t working or volunteering, you’ll most likely find her at a ballfield, cheering on her kids or spending time with family and friends.
